[tutorial] DockExperiment 2 (update)

Hi guys, this is a tutorial for publication "DockExperiment".

Here I have used a new wallpaper and dock-look:

If you want the old look with little text icons and circles - I will post it in the evening.

Principle is the same as in this.

Now with the tutorial:

1. Starting at the homescreen:

 

2. We have to change the background with this one and now the phone will look like this:

3. Go in LauncherPRO preferences>homescreen settings>number of screen and set 2 screens.

4. Now on this:

we have to remove the dockbar - LauncherPRO preferences>appearance settings>dock background and set to NONE.

5. Replacing the dock-icons with BlankIcon:

And the result will be something like this:

6. We make the same thing with WEB and DIAL icons.

7. Changing MEDIA icon. We have to change the shortcut (long press to MEDIA icon>change shortcut>homescreens>next screen):

8. Now we have a dot on our MEDIA icon:

9. Replace this dot with a blank icon and make the same thing with the HOME icon (long press to HOME icon>change shortcut>homescreens>previous screen):

10. Now we have the final look of our home screens:

Now APPS, WEB and DIAL icons are real shortcuts to apps drawer, browser and phone.

When we tap MEDIA icon we go to our media screen. Tap on HOME icon to go back to homescreen.

You can arrange some media widgets at MEDIAscreen and what you want at your HOMEscreen.
